This tool helps create PDF documents out of emails and other things from inside Outlook.
This is an add-in that helps you save Outlook emails and other items to PDF format. PDF documents being such a document interchange standard it is easy to share with others. PDFs also helps organize, store and access these documents easily. The conversion does not affect anything. The original layout of the emails and other stuff is retained. Images, graphics, links and other elements of these documents quite easily. This is a nice utility for organizations that need to share a large amount of emails between employees. Typically, this will be most useful when they contain images and or graphics. Unlike some on-line services the PDF creation is carried out right from inside the program and the content need not be sent out anywhere. This being an integrated function, there will be no need for any cut-paste. The tool does not require any printer driver to be installed either.
The tool will work with public as well as shared folders. There is no need for any third party software to be installed. The interface is simple but powerful enough to not irritate experienced users. The operation is just one click; the user does not need to go through the steps of a multi-stage wizard. It is compatible with Outlook 2013 and older Outlook 2010, 2007 and 2003 (both 32 and 64 bit versions). This is a very good tool and could be useful to heavy email using people.
